Monitoring Public Pool Quality (Swimming)

PS31 Water quality is a key variable for the continued well-being of those who use public pools. Whether chlorine levels or pH value, in the pump room or pool, dosage levels need monitoring since deviations that exceed legislated parameters pose public health or hygiene risks such as irritation to the eyes and burns to the skin/eyes/other sensitive areas. How can we solve this?
