Is there scope for a comprehensive platform such as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) used by large location-based service organizations such as airlines or supermarkets – all of which are consumer-facing and their monetisation is linked to opportunity windows created by high footfall? An integrated platform will manage dependencies and drive synergies such as economies of scale or shared gains.
